This one used chicken tenders, rice and a can of cream of mushroom soup for flavor. Actually I had some leftover rice from another recipe. Why not try it with chicken?

Starting with the chicken spray a light coating of Pam on the pan. Then place the tenders in. If you have a favorite seasoning sprinkle it on top.
Medium heat works best. When they look half cooked flip them over and season the other side.

Using a small sauce pan I put in the contents of the soup can. Low heat is best and stir periodically till warmed up to your taste.

Warm up the rice in the microwave. I find that 45 seconds does it. If not warm enough stir and give it another fifteen.
Serve. You will have several tenders left which can be used in other meals.

Spoon your soup over the rice. As rice can be a bit dry a times this gives it a creamy texture. Place some on the chicken to give it added flavor.
