This is an easy one as the salmon comes two to a package already seasoned and the rice was left over from another entree.

After spraying my pan with pam I open up the package and place each fillet skin down and pour in the extra sauce. As these are already seasoned just apply medium heat.

After about five minutes flip them over and cook for another two-three minutes. While they are cooking heat up the rice to the temp you desired then serve.
Add tartare Sause if you like. Use your fork to flake the salmon meat off the skin Enjoy!
