This a variation to my “regular” chicken and rice entree. Since my wife likes it spicy some times I made it with blackened chicken tenders.
I found that a bag of tenders lasts for at least two to three meals.

I take four tenders out of the bag and warm them up in the microwave. Use one minute increments. Two minutes worked for me.
As before heat up the soup (sauce) till hot to the taste.
The left over rice heats up well in the microwave using one minute.

With everything warmed up serve two tenders per plate. Split the left over rice then add soup over chicken and rice. Another easy and economical meal. Spicy too!
