Another easy meal to make. Purchased a bag of flounder and it had 5 fillets in it giving two meals. Also had some sides left over again stretching my budget.

First defrost the flounder in the sink with normal tap water till it’s soft.
With a little Pam in the pan I cut off the plastic around the flounder and place the fillets in the pan. Cook at medium heat.
If you have any spices try a few. I used a little paprika and Italian seasoning.

When cooked on one side then flip them over. When finished turn off the heat. Warm up your extra sides with a fillet on each plate. Enjoy as is or add some tarter sauce.
