Teriyaki Chicken

Chicken can be a bit tasteless at times. So to liven it up I experimented with Teriyaki sauce. The results were quite good.

As with other chicken meals I start with Tenders, Wide noodles and a bottle of Teriyaki sauce. Here we go!

I used about a cup of noodles. If you like noodles feel free to make two cups.

While the water for the noodles is heating up I cook the tenders. A few minutes till they turn white-ish then turn them over to cook the other side. Turn off heat while we wait on the Noodles.

when the water is boiling add your noodles. Stir occasionally and test with a knife. When the noodled are soft the knife will easily cut through them. When done turn off heat and drain.

Add noodles to the chicken. Note I only have 4 of the 11 tenders still in the pan. I’ll use the rest in other meals or slice up to add in salads.

Last step add the Teriyaki sauce to taste and mix in so the noodles and chicken are well covered. Then serve.

You can serve the chicken tenders on the side as shown or on top of a bed of noodles. Very tasty. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. I actually has two tenders but ate one before taking this picture.
