This Entree has three ingredients: Frozen Tilapia, left over corn and scalloped potatoes.

For fun I use two spices: Paprika, and Italian Seasoning. You can swap these out for what ever you like. Pam is also used so the fish do not stick.

Spray a coating of Pam on the bottom of the pan. When the frozen Tilapia is thawed, place the fillets in the pan. Season to your taste. Use medium heat, this works best. when they start to look white flip them over and season the other side. These do not take long to cook.

When the fish is done, turn off the heat to let it settle while you heat up the corn and potatoes. When warm serve and enjoy!
